Removed and replaced thermostat. Tech went to smog vehicle can found a code for a large Evap leak. Can not smog at this time.
Needs diag and smoke test to diag. Gas Cap has been replaced. Previously had these codes. P0496 P0451 P0132 – O2 sensor B1S1 Found MIL on code: P0455 – LArge Evap Leak. Visual inspection of new parts installed, check gas cap on machine, check hoses under hood and purge valve, check vent valve for dust and dirt all OK. Located improperly connected hose at canister, cleaned, lubed and connected hose properly. Cleared code. Need customer to drive around at 1/4 to 3/4 tank of gas can not go above or below those thresholds or it will not run test.
